Ordering:
Your Filter Connection provides two convenient ways to order. Online or by phone.
Shipping:
We ship via UPS which delivers to the 48 contiguous states in 5 to 8 business days. Packages to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via U.S. Postal service and take 9 to 12 business days . For those of you who enter a P.O. Box we ship via U.S. Postal service. Remember there is free shipping on standard filtrete size cases. At this time we do not ship to international destinations.
Custom Orders:
Filtrete will custom make odd size filters, because of the odd sizes shipping is not free on custom orders. Custom filters are only made in the Ultra Allergen line and once ordered, can not be returned, so please measure carefully. Once ordered it takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete your order. click here for custom orders..

We get a lot of questions about Filtrete filters. We are able to answer the basic questions but for the real specific questions we always forward you to the Filtrete web site, click here to go there.
Returns:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us if your shipment is damaged. Filters that are unopened can be returned for a refund. Call 888-891-6317 or email (sales@yourfilterconnection.com) us, if you have any questions or problems.
Refunds:
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund, less shipping and handling. Items must be returned in new unopened re-sellable condition. You can ship the items back via your preferred method. To ensure protection against loss or damage, along with the ability to track the package, we recommend using a parcel service such a UPS ground or FedEx ground. Please package your items carefully. We cannot give refunds on items that are damaged in transit back to our warehouses. We will hold the items for inspection by your carrier, so you can make a proper insurance claim. Once items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the same card originally used for the order. Returns are normally processed within 5 to 8 business days after we receive the items back. Note: Outbound shipping costs on items that originally received free shipping will be charged at the time of the return. In some cases, your return shipping charges for an order may be higher than the shipping charges incurred by us to ship an order, since we receive volume shipping discounts.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please make a new order for the correct items you need and return the items per the instructions above.
Auto Reorder:
Leave the hassle to us when it comes to remembering to change out your filters, we will send your order to you on a schedule that you choose. So sit back and breath easy. Auto Reorder
