Electro-Air filters are available in Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 8, 11, 13. MERV 13 filters are the strongest, and are good for homes with smoke, very fine dust, and bacteria. Replace your Electro-Air furnace filters every three months or sooner if dirty. Operating your HVAC unit with dirty air filters not only leads to poor quality indoor air but can result in higher energy bills and damage your HVAC unit.
